Workout Guidance:
Team 10K is a fan favorite and a workout that we program quite a bit at TILT. Today will require you to sprint hard for 250 meters, and then recover as your other two partners hit their intervals. This workout is a great manifestation of the idea that CrossFit is a personality fit for people who don’t do moderation well. We get to go as hard as possible on our machine, and deal with the consequences at the end of the workout. While this type of reckless energy may not be suitable for our everyday lives, it’s an amazing part of the human experience when we get to channel it into building our fitness and sweating with friends. Workouts can be challenging, even uncomfortable, but the only workout that “sucks” is the one that we miss. Even though today may be a challenge, let’s look at this as an opportunity to get better, while being surrounded by people who we care about and who care about us.
