Workout Guidance:
Today we have an interval where the work might seem like it’s highly variable, but in reality we’re either going to get 9, 10, or 11 rounds. For someone who’s doing their intervals in under 2 minutes, they’ll get 10 rounds. 10 rounds is the benchmark until you’re hitting a 1:43 pace, at which point you’re able to get 11 rounds. If you’re holding between a 2:20 or better pace then you’ll be able to hit 9 rounds. If we want to set this workout up on our C2 Monitor we can do this by setting up New Workout > Intervals > Distance > 500m (if you’re rowing or skiing) or 1000m (if you’re on a bike) then set our rest to 1 minute. This will track our times precisely each round as well as our rest.
