50 Sit Ups

For the death by calorie ski on the first minute ski 1 calorie, on the second minute ski 2 calories, on the third minute ski 3 calories… Once you cannot complete the calories within that given minute move right into Russian kettlebell swings and finish with sit ups. Kettlebell weight should be something you could do twenty reps without putting it down. Get it done on the sit ups!
