Workout Guidance:
Today we’re building some capacity on the rower, working on being able to work hard, get off the rower for a movement, and get right back on to a hard pace. We should have a minute or more for our max calories here, so it won’t be a full out sprint, but should be an uncomfortable pace for that duration of time.
