Another classic to close out the week – this time keeping it entirely gymnasty. We’ve done “Chelsea” a couple weeks ago, this is the same movements but for an AMRAP rather than EMOM style – but the pacing should be similar and allow you to move consistently across rounds. Break up the push ups early and often to allow for a nice and consistent effort across 20 minutes.
