Workout Guidance:
Closing out the week with a fun series of workout intervals. Workout rounds go from 10 to 5 to 2, and the reps increase from 5 to 10 to 25. Each workout is 50 reps per movement. The first 10 rounder should be lightning quick and each round should be unbroken. The second one, choose a KB loading that you can keep unbroken and a T2B option that allows for sets of 5 so we can keep it to 2 sets or better. For the last workout, choosing a wall ball loading that will allow for 2 sets per round and then keep it nice and smooth on the box jumps. This should be a fun adventure, and you’ll definitely be glad for 3:00 between workouts.
