Workout Guidance:
Today we have a running variation of Cindy for our Saturday workout. Strict refers to the pull up portion of a round of Cindy, the push ups and squats will be the same. This should be a nice workout to cruise through, and hopefully flush some soreness out of our legs from Friday.
