But, her 2024 new years goal was to learn how to row…
Some call it a tall task, but for her this was just another day in the office…
For today’s workout this is another spin on a classic benchmark workout…
From the start let’s make sure we find a pace we can maintain throughout on the machine and the box jumps…
And, on the wall balls let’s choose a style in which we can hold atleast sets of 10 throughout!

Box Brief:
