Posting this so I can see how much I improve next time. I did not like this one. Exposed a lot of weaknesses.
55 snatches at 65#. ok
I did a set of 27 to start. Thought I would be the first one done but then I zonked.
35 ring rows took me up to the 7 minute mark so I stopped and rowed.
Rowing was fine. Rowed next to Marc Symington. Good motivation.
I only got through 52 seated presses @ 20#. I really wanted to get back to the power Snatch but did not happen this time!
Program it again in 3 months Brian Sieber. I want to crush this one badly.

I hedged @ 26# on the presses and should have gone to the 35# DBs instead.
Overall, great rhythm for me on this one…started w/ 20-15-10-5-5 on snatches, small (2-4) fast sets of pullups, and 10-10-10-7-7-7-4 presses.

Had 2 full minutes off the rower and was happy to chip away at Rx HSPU in doubles- haven’t done them in months with tweaked wrist! Yay! Looking forward to doing this again!
