Workout Guidance:
Today we have a real burner of a workout. Heavy front squats and burpees make for a gnarly combo that is sure to be a great end to the week! For this one, we should aim to use a load that we can manage all sets of 5 unbroken on the squats. Burpees should be quick and efficient, but still allow you to get right back on to the bar for your front squats. This one will be fast and furious, so push the pace and see what you’ve got!
