Finally starting to feel like I’m getting back to where I was before my back injury! From experience coming off an injury that sidelined me from doing most of the things we do on a daily basis, I highly recommend if you are hurting in some way and a little rest just didn’t do the trick, find out what the issue is sooner rather then later, and spend some time and effort getting back to full strength instead of letting it linger! If you need guidance or recommendations just ask around! The community at TILT is incredible, so many people helped me out with recommendations, referrals, and support along the way!!
