Deadlift 2×5 2×3 3×1 (dead stop)
A nice heavy day featuring some pulling off the floor in two different ways. Our clean and jerks we’re going to focus on barbell cycling and working through some touch and go reps here – these should be fast and dynamic. For the deadlifts, we’re working on dead stop reps and should be really pushing the weight that we can manage. As we move through, the goal is to approach a heavy single for the day. Two different styles of pulling, so you can expect a good amount of instruction on these movements.
