Workout Guidance:
Today we’re getting after a CrossFit Hero workout that is fully focused on bodyweight movement. This will be a fun muscle endurance challenge – push the air squats, lunges, and run, but make sure to break up the push ups into manageable sets from the start to manage arm fatigue.
