Workout Guidance:
Today is a fun gymnastics challenge featuring a progressive challenge on the gymnastics and midline. Choose a DB load that will allow for 1-2 sets on the push press and a v up option that allows the same. For the handstand walk, this should be a distance you can traverse in a few attempts and the toes to bar should be in 1-3 sets. Each AMRAP should be a quick pace, so get after the pressing and midline today!
