Workout Guidance
A fun running + gymnastics workout today – with a unique structure. Run 1 mile, and in the remaining time, work your way through some chest to bar and handstand walking! The faster you run, the more time you’ll have to accumulate rounds and reps of the gymnastics couplet. Lets see how well we can move our bodyweight with a high heart rate after that run!
