Workout Guidance
This is a great running + bodyweight workout that will challenge your conditioning as well as your strength at high heart rate. We’re looking for an upper body pulling option that you can finish 15 reps in 2-3 sets each round, and a box height you feel comfortable jumping on. The name of the game here is smooth, and we’re looking for a consistent pace from start to finish.
