This is another two part workout, but this time we’re trying to create a strength stimulus on our upper bodies. In our complex today, we’re combining the three lifts in our overhead pressing series. Our strict press is going to by far the limiting factor, as we’re able to push press and push jerk far more than we can strict press. We can again choose to build in weight on this complex, or pick a weight thats about an 8/10 difficulty for our strict presses and use that for all 5 sets. We should choose a slighly more challenging weight four our WOD today, one that will probably force us to take one break each round. Inside the workout, we should have the goal of sticking to one break on the strict presses, and accumulating 4-5 rounds in total.
