3 Sets:
3 Muscle Snatch + 3 Overhead Squat
3 Depth Jump after each set

3 sets:
2 Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squat
2 Depth Jump after each set

3 sets:
1 Squat Snatch
1 Depth Jump after each set

WOD Guidance:
Use the first to parts as technique work to build into a heavier single in the last 3 sets! Adding in a little plyometric work for today!
