Burpee Box Jumps @ 24/20
Today we have a fantastic reverse ladder workout of calories on a machine and box jumps. The key today is going to be a smooth pace – the way down the ladder may be tempting to push it but then we turn the corner to go back up and things may get spicy! Keep your pace consistent and some smooth burpee box jumps so that as we get to the 15/21 on the way back up, we still have some gas in the tank to finish well!
