5×3 Squat Clean and Jerk

Squat Clean and Jerk @ 165/115

Workout Guidance:
Today we have a two part adventure focused entirely on clean and jerks. The first heavy part should focus on your ability to lift maximal loading and we should be getting after some heavy sets of 3. For the workout – moderate to heavy loading that will likely be in singles, but still allow us to move fast. Stay close to your bar to keep breaks short and make sure we brace well so we can shoot up out of the bottom of the squat.
