Today we have a simple workout that is quite simple in its goal and strategy: GO! Choose a jump rope option that will allow each round Today we have a heavily focused workout on snatches. First up a heavy piece working on cylcing a heavier hang power snatch, then a quick burner working on lighter barbell cycling. The catch here, is having some on the minute OHS as you chip your way through. Choose a load for this workout that will allow for large sets of unbroken hang power snatches, and will allow for unbroken OHS as well.
