Workout Guidance:
Today we’ve got a press-a-palooza. Some strength work on the push press, followed by another burner. For the conditioning piece, choose a loading that will allow you to perform 15 reps unbroken while fresh, and try to hang on for all rounds unbroken if you can. The burpee will be severely affected by the push press, so try to use more of your hips on the burpee to save your arms as best you can!
