Today we have a really well balanced and complimentary workout – a monostructural movement, a barbell press and gymnastics pull. The push press loading should be light and something we can string together for large sets, and our pull ups should be smooth each round. A cool way to approach this one would be negative splits each round if you’re up for a challenge….
