Workout Guidance:
Today we have a long AMRAP that is a classic here at TILT. Each set is relatively low numbers, so we should be able to cycle through rounds relatively quickly! Choose a KB load and box height you feel comfortable with, and work on keeping movements smooth and unbroken throughout this one!
