Workout Guidance
This is a continuation of our more challenging intervals, utilizing longer work intervals and shorter rest periods. Just like last week, this is all about edging up to our best capacity. If we put ourselves in a situation where we exceed our max capacity on the first interval, we’re going to severely fall off on the subsequent rounds. Instead, we want to deliberately undershoot our max output, and use 2-3 rounds to ramp up to that hard but sustainable pace.
