Find an option on the double unders that allows you to complete in under 2:30 minutes. We are looking for a light weight on the dumbbell that you could cycle for 30+ repetitions in a row. Coaches will provide various options for the bar muscle up in class.

CTM: 1 RM split jerk 130# (5 lb off PR but 20# heavier than 1 rm test from August). Form felt great. Just missed 135#. Moderate heavy 2 tempo OHS: 105#
And: :10 freestanding handstand hold! First time ever holding for more than a second!
