A1. 30 second front rack hold (heaviest weight from day)
A2. 20 Weighted Sit-Ups (DB Behind Head, 20#/15#)
Lot of squatting today. Load will be taken off of the rack. From front to back squat we will re rack between with little to no rest to complete each set. Todays limiter will be our front squat weight. Lot of midline stabilization in todays after party.
