“Returning to Exercise Postpartum” seminar January 26th at 12:00pm to 1:30pm at CrossFit TILT Waltham! The seminar will be run by Christina Verhorevoort, DPT, of Girl Fit Physical Therapy.
Christina is a doctor of Physical Therapy who has done specific training in the area of post-partum issues to help moms (no matter new or not-so-new) to solve issues with their core/pelvic floor stemming from pregnancy. All are welcome!
