WOD Guidance
With 18 minutes of work, we are looking for consistent split times each round. Don’t get trapped into coming out too hot on your first few rounds!
Steady on the box jumps. Find a weight on the push presses that you could do 12+ repetitions unbroken when fresh. When the workout starts, think about breaking the push presses up once each round. Find a variation on the toes to bar that you can string some repetitions together.
