Minute 1 : 7 Deadlifts (185/135) + 7 box Jumps (24/20)
Minute 2 : 15 Handstand Push-ups or Hand-release Push-ups
Minute 3 : 7 Wall Balls (20/14) + 7 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
Minute 4 : 15/12 Calorie Row
For the next five weeks, we will be conducting “On the Minute” training on Wednesdays. Comprised of movements we may see during the CrossFit Games Open (each Friday for the next five weeks), we can fine tune our mechanics of these motions at a measured intensity.

There will be a schedule change for today (Wednesday 2/22). The 5:30am, 6:30am, 4:30pm Teens, 5:30pm, and 6:30pm will all be normal classes. We will be holding Open Gym between 7:30am-1:30pm instead of our usual 8:30, 9:30, and 12:30 classes. During this time there will be construction going on in preparation of installing our new rigs. It will be loud and there may be some dust while they drill into the floor. Everyone still has the opportunity to workout at this time but please be aware of the construction that is taking place. We will also allow everyone to take equipment outside if they would rather workout outside during these hours.
