Athlete of the Month
Congrats to Nathalie Camargo on being our athlete of the month for August! Nat works so hard and trusts the process! We asked her a few questions below to get to know her a little better.1. When did you first start CrossFit?
I started CrossFit April of 2018. Almost two years ago now!
2. What is your favorite food?
My favorite food is pasta! I love all kind of pasta.
3. If you could choose a superhero power, what would it be?
If I could pick any superhero power it would be supersenses. For example, sight/hearing/smell/touch/taste..
4. You just won a million dollars! What is the first thing you would purchase?!
The first thing I would purchase would be land anywhere in New England.
5. What is your favorite activity to do outside of the gym?
Outside of the gym I love to spend time with my family and friends. Hanging by the pool in the summer or skiing in the winter, I just value quality time.
6. What is your favorite crossfit movement?

My favorite CrossFit movement are deadlifts!

7. If you had any advice to give someone thinking about trying CrossFit or starting for the first time, what would it be?

If you told me I’d be doing CrossFit 5 years ago I would have laughed in your face. That being said, don’t allow yourself to form preconceived ideas about something you’ve never experienced before. CrossFit is for ANYONE who wants to grow as an athlete. I’m thankful I gave CrossFit a chance. I was introduced to a community of people who encourage one another daily and I’m surrounded by coaches who love what they do and I couldn’t of asked for a better gym to be part of.
