10 Pull-ups

Workout Guidance:
Today’s workout is incredible and will be sure to challenge you metabolically. We’re looking for our burpees to be at a fast pace each round and pull ups in two sets or better, with the goal being the first 3-4 rounds unbroken. Push the pace just below your threshold for the first 5-7 rounds and then kick it into 6th gear for the last bit to finish strong!
