30 Push ups
20 Wall Balls (20/14#)

WOD Guidance:   Runs should be a pace that will allow you to keep heart rate down and be able to come off the run straight to push ups.  Push ups will be a chance to calm down on heart rate, but should be small working sets with quick transitions. Push ups will make the press on the wall ball more challenging
