Today we have a fun strength workout that is for quality rather than speed. A little bit of pushing, a little bit of pulling, and some machine work to get a great overall workout, but dial back the intensity a bit to recharge for the remainder of the week. A great way to go through this would be to find a few homies and waterfall through so allow for some rest at the end of each giant set.
