Workout Guidance:
A variation of a CrossFit Games event from 2014 – today is all about conditioning. We’ve shortened distances up to allow for a bit more intensity, but this one will still be a long workout. Make sure we’re pacing ourselves appropriately and breaking up double unders as needed. Stay consistent in your pace on the row and rope so we can have some gas in the tank for the run at the end!
