Strict Handstand Push-ups
Today we have a classic CrossFit benchmark “Diane”. We’re adding a bit of a challenge by having the handstand push ups be strict today, but deadlifts should be at a moderate loading that allows each round to be done in 2 sets or better. We’ll lift first, going for some heavy sets of 3 on the deadlift, and then Diane should be more of a sprint.
