Congrats to Patrick Kent on being our February Athlete of the Month!
Patrick is one of our early morning regulars. You can usually catch him at the 5:30 AM class, though he’ll occasionally “sleep in” and hop in with our 6:30 AM. Always on that rise on grind! Patrick constantly works hard to improve his skills and this reflects in how far his pull up and toes to bar skills have come! Even beyond that he’s always looking to improve with the barbell and not afraid to challenge himself with the weight while constantly getting better with his technique. You’ll always know when Patrick is in the gym because he’s always accompanied by a delicious smell of fresh coffee! Check out the video below to learn a little more about him!
