Today we have a long workout that’s going to look to blend aerobic work with strict strength in a cool push / pull combo. Choose a weight and pulling option that will allow 10+ unbroken reps while fresh and look to maintain that as best you can throughout the workout. This will be a good amount of volume of pulling a pressing, so choose your loading accordingly.
