Kick off the new year at our Grand Opening Celebration with a fun community workout coached by Ben Bergeron! We will be holding a workout for friends and family beginning a 9am. This is a FREE workout and is open to the public. No CrossFit experience is needed. Following the workout, stick around for some Paleo Power Meals and Fuel For Fire! We will also be holding a 7am class for members only before the 9am workout.
