Workout Guidance:
Today we’re getting back after some double unders, and at a fairly high volume. Today might be a great day to use a time domain to practice some double unders if you have them but are inconsistent. The front squat loading should be in the moderate range, maybe a bit on the heavier side of moderate, and should be a load you could do one set unbroken with. This one will be fun, and is a great way to work some barbell capacity under some fatigue.
