Had to fight hard to complete those first two rounds. Barely made it! Slowed down significantly in the third round with the heavier bar bell (sets of 3 opposed to unbroken on previous rounds). Great WOD! Love these deceiving little amraps!

Damn shouldn’t have broken up those early snatches but my arms were flying all over the place! Had to calm myself down.

(first day after the marathon, my already insured right knee hursts a bit so had to modify the WOD. also did hand snatch instead of power snatch)
1) 90 (21-15-9 x2) mod: situps, 45# snatch
2) 61 (15-12×2+7) mod: pushups, 55# snatch
3) 33 (12×2 +9) mod: strict PUs-6/rest ring rows), 65# snatch
