Dubs 47-3-25s then 25s with some trips/smaller sets
Last time we did this WOD 2/15/17 it was called “fuller circle” and it had 50 kbs 53/35# instead of burpees; my time then was 20:28
Awesome work holding a consistent pace on that echo bike! So so tough.
