Wod Guidance
Working on the minute today with a good mixture of cardio on the bike, gymnastics skill on the rope, and a stability hold with the kettlebells. Pick a number for calories on the bike that you can complete under forty five seconds. Rope climbs will be a quicker rope climb today but a good day to practice or modify accordingly to develop your rope climb. Pick a weight for the kettlebells you can hold onto for the thirty seconds without putting them down.
