1. When and how did you get started with us?
About a year ago, I began the quest for a new box. I wanted somewhere not too far from where I live, good programming, committed athletes, a wide spectrum of athletic abilities, many age groups, a place to exercise and have fun, a major commitment to good nutrition, excellent coaching.Tilt 2 has been all that and more!
2. What is your favorite workout/least favorite workout?
I love any workout with a squat (minus the overhead).I also love any multiple round workouts with low to medium volume of reps in each round.
Although I have a long list of movements/ skills I would like to master, improve upon, or be faster at double unders and t2b include a frustration factor and a little misery.
3. What is your favorite cheat food?
Chinese chicken wings and crab rangoons.
4. What is your favorite genre of music?
I enjoy contemporary light rock and country.
5. What’s the wallpaper on your phone right now?
6. What is your favorite thing to do in the summer?
I love family gatherings at the beach.

I love 20-minute power naps!
