I actually have no idea of my splits… I never looked at the clock.
All I know is that I was 2-3 strikes behind Jamie 🙂 hahahah, and
Brian consistently said 90 seconds left when we entered the gym to do the Burpees?
so perhaps these are my results:
– between 2:10 and 2:27 (3 strikes more than Jamie)

I was part of the 300 club at the 9:30… in other words, ran 300/ did 12 burpees
My slowest round was 2:02; all other rounds were less than 2 minutes. Last round was 1:53
Next time I think I could attempt 400 – but I might not make it out alive.

I have no idea what my quickest was but the slowest was 2:47
300 meters/12 burpees but one round was 8 burpees
