100m Walking Lunge
50m Handstand Walk

Workout Guidance:
An odd object/skill workout today featuring traversing some distance. Choose a farmers carry load that allows you to finish with 1-2 breaks each round. The lunges should be consistent and continuous, and the handstand walk will be a challenge. 50m isn’t a small distance to traverse, so we’ll need a good amount of focus to get those done! We can always adjust distance as needed and if we aren’t quite able to walk, we’ll still be getting upside down as best we can!
