Workout Guidance:
Today we’re getting after a Hero workout “Dork” but with a bit of a midline twist. This workout will be a shoulder and midline challenge with a high number of rounds, so settle into a smooth pace that will allow you to move continuously throughout this one. Jump rope should be in 2 sets or better with a smooth pace for both the sit ups and burpees.
