Today we have a very simple workout that will be sure to pack a punch. DB snatch loading today is in the light-moderate range and should allow for large sets – aiming for 1-2 per round for today. The burpee pull up offers a unique combo movement and will definitely get your heart rate elevated! Come out at a smooth pace for this one and save a bit of a push for the last few minutes!
