Workout Guidance:
Today our workout is an “interval” partner workout where we’ll alternate full rounds you go I go style. This will allow you guys to have some work/rest today, which should allow for a relatively high level of intensity. A longer workout, but consisting of more “sprint” style rounds. Choose a box height that allows you to feel comfortable jumping on and over a box, and allows you to push the pace.
