Keep working through the sit-ups, swings, and box jump overs until you switch.
Remember where you are in your own rotation because when you get back you’ll pick up right where you left off.
Example – I get through 21 sit-ups + 15 swings + 7 box jump overs then I switch. When I get back to the triplet I do my final 2 box jump overs and start back at the top.
